I published “Evangelical Fundamentalists: What They Believe and the Impact They Have” to define and describe Christian Fundamentalism, its origins, and my experience as a fundamentalist and a pastor, some of which is pathetically humorous. All religions are cults, and there are common tracts in all forms of fundamentalism, but my perspective is American and evangelical Christian. My first book, “The Evolution of the Gospel in the Bible.” Relying on noted Biblical scholars, I trace the development of Biblical themes in the Hebrew Bible and adopted by the early Jewish Christian community. Saul of Tarsus took the new faith into new direction that appealed to Gentiles, transforming a very human Jesus into God.
